Overview
A 6-hour private speedboat trip from Vlorë to Sazan Island and the Karaburun peninsula. Two places most people never get to see up close — an uninhabited island with cold war bunkers and a protected marine park with caves and clear water. Your group only, one guide, no shared boat.

Tour Plan
Stop 1: Sazan Island
Albania’s only inhabited island — or rather, uninhabited now. The island was a closed military zone for decades. You can still see the old bunkers and abandoned buildings along the coast. The water around it is part of a protected marine park. Around 45 minutes to 1 hour here.
Stop 2: Haxhi Ali Cave
A wide sea cave carved into the Karaburun cliffs. You enter by boat and swim inside. Clear water, good depth for snorkeling, and a rocky entrance that looks different depending on the light. Around 30 minutes here.
Stop 3: Karaburun Coast
The ride back follows the peninsula’s coastline — steep cliffs, no roads, no buildings. A few short stops at quiet bays for a swim if the group wants. The guide knows the spots worth stopping at.
